Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Beautify Your Skin ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. Alaska and Hawaii are not standard shipping fees. We ship USPS. If shipping in the bay area CA, it takes 2 to 3 days. If items are out of stock shipping time is 1 to 3 weeks. Shipments outside of California can take up to 10 business days.  We ship USPS and some shipments will require a signature upon delivery.  If items are shipped and then stolen we cannot replace the items.  You may contact USPS and file a theft case report.  We unfortunately cannot insure the items that we ship do to the policy of USPS.  If you suspect that it may not be safe to deliver a package we recommend having us ship with a signature.  It doesn't guarantee it but it helps to locate the receiving party.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Beautify Your Skin (BYS) reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Any damaged items must notify BYS within 48hrs of delivery date. BYS accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened for return. Used products must obtain an authorized return # by contacting BYS.

There are no refunds, but you can return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) or proof of purchase for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us.

 

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

 

-Receipt / or proof of purchase (original or copy) - required

 

-Preferred email address

 

-Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

NOTE: When we receive your items, we will email you with instructions and information about your online credit from your returned products.

 

 

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime unless items have already shipped. If items have shipped before cancelation you will be responsible for any shipping charges to and from the destinations. A restocking fee will be added to return merchandise only if items have already been shipped. Restocking fee is 10% of the original total.
